Yoga means connection between body, mind and soul. You can reach this by deep concentration on your movements and controlling your breathing. It is a path to inner peace. With graceful, rhythmic and slow movements, you learn to adopt to postures (asanas). Yoga strengthens and regulates body functions to keep organs healthy and blood circulation optimal.
