John Schilder

Since 1982 John has transformed his knowledge about fitness into practical theories and insights. He mastered several degrees; Fitvak A level 3, Fitvak B level 4 en personal trainer NLP. Using his knowledge John designs personal training plans fit to your body and goals. His strength lies in combining fitness and mental coaching during his training sessions. John is also known as author of the book“Toeval”.

Bianca Schilder

With her 25 years of experience in fitness Bianca knows how to coach you within the smallest details. She has a special gift that will help you reach your goals, Bianca will advise you on healthy nutrition and give guidance when needed. Bianca has her degrees as trainer Fitvak A, NLP master, weight consultant and nutritionist. She is official member of BGN.
